General Service Questions
How many gallons of water are in my pond?
To estimate the total gallon capacity of your pond, please use the following formula:
(Average Length × Average Width × Average Depth × 7.48)
= Total gallons per cubic foot
Then multiply that number by 0.8 to account for approximately 20% volume displacement caused by rock work, gravel, shelving, and natural curves.
If you are having difficulty obtaining accurate average measurements, please contact us for assistance. If we have previously serviced your water garden, we may already have an estimated gallon capacity on file.
What are your service costs?
Service pricing varies based on several factors, including the type of service being performed, the size and condition of the pond, and overall system complexity.
If you have not received an annual service renewal with estimated pricing, we would be happy to provide an obligation-free electronic estimate upon request.
How and when can I pay my bill?
Unless a deposit is required, invoices are issued at the end of the month in which services were completed. Recurring services are invoiced on a monthly basis.
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
Cash
Personal check
ACH (bank electronic transfer, no processing fee)
Please note that we do not accept credit card payments. Thank you for your understanding.
